What is Debbie making now??? I am working on Zefir marshmallow 😍 It is made with a pure Granny Smith apple puree and a raspberry puree (both homemade by me) This is my first try… Not an actual “fail” (it tastes amazing!) but I think the raspberry puree had too much moisture left and it is too tacky and not drying to the matte/satiny finish and the peony tore as it was unmolded and I can’t create the flower beauty with petal dust.
