Gonzales Bistro is old school restaurant that still focuses on the customer.

Real food without additives. We use beef tallow, dirt grown veggies, prime/wagyu beef aged in-house for 40+ days, wild game, Fed-ex fresh seafood....full bar, W**e Spectator award winning w**e list...and friendly people who genuinely care.

All run by a demanding, self-taught chef who cooks on the line every day because of an innate true love & passion about what we do everyday we are open.

This is not a concept restaurant but rather an authentic old world cuisine cooked by people who live & breathe it.

Gonzales Bistro will reopen with our regular hours next Tuesday (9/29/2026) at 5pm.

We can't wait to see everyone....

We will have some fantastic specials!

Line caught Hawaiian wahoo & Mahi. also one and a half pound Maine lobster. Even Fed-Ex fresh New England oysters....

How about a mixed grill of Montana elk and Texas cabrito chop.

Remember, September is the month that we close for maintenance, deep clean and vacation every year for three weeks. come get your fix by labour day weekend.

We will be OPEN Saturday September 5th
We will CLOSED from September 6 to September 28th with the restaurant reopening on Tuesday September 29th.

Fantastic new specials throughout the week...

We have Maine lobster. completely shelled. lemon pan sauce, mashed potatoes and garden veggies

Berkshire pork tomahawk with carrot puree, roasted acorn squash and chimichurri butter.

Gonzales Bistro will be open this JULY 4th Weekend our usual hours. Friday & Saturday 5pm to 9pm and for Sunday brunch from 11am to 2pm.
