Tonight is officially the night! Chef Rey is heading to L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge to compete in Fête Rouge, presented by the Baton Rouge Epicurean Society.

I was in the kitchen last night craving our Shrimp & Polenta—an absolute staple on our menu if you haven’t had it yet—and made sure to wish Chef Rey the best of luck. He is bringing his incredible talent and styling to the competition floor, and we could not be prouder to have him representing our restaurant and his talent. Chef, we believe in you and know you are going to shine tonight!
