Established on August 1, 2015, by the dynamic duo Tim and Punki Lantz, our journey is steeped in a rich history of dedication and expertise. Tim Lantz's story began at Dal Tile, where he initially honed his skills by meticulously cleaning floors. His unwavering commitment and hard work propelled him through the ranks, ultimately reaching the position of supervisor. It was during this time that he immersed himself in the intricate world of tile and flooring, gaining invaluable insights into the vast array of materials and techniques available. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Tim ventured into setting tile for himself, working under the guidance of a mentor who imparted timeless styles and techniques. These lessons became the foundation upon which Lantz Construction & Remodeling stands today – a testament to our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. As the years unfolded, Tim found himself collaborating with painters, electricians, cabinet experts, and other skilled professionals. Little did he know, he was building a family beyond his own, creating a network of trusted subcontractors. Tim's keen ability to identify talent and cultivate trust has allowed our team to operate seamlessly, functioning like a well-oiled machine. Some customers become repeat customers. A special few simply become people you genuinely look forward to seeing.
We’ve had the privilege of helping Denese and Joe with several projects throughout their home, including remodeling an upstairs bathroom, replacing exterior soffits and flashing, opening up living spaces with structural modifications, and creating a more open view between the first and second levels of their beautiful home.
Anyone who knows Denese knows she’s a creator herself. Every time we were there, she was busy working, building, organizing, and bringing ideas to life. Truthfully, she’s one of those people who could probably tackle half these projects herself if she decided to!
What we’ve appreciated most is the trust they’ve placed in us time and time again. Denese and Joe are simply good people, and every project we’ve completed for them has been a pleasure.
We’re incredibly grateful for their continued support of our small business and for the opportunity to help bring their ideas to life.

There are some clients who become so much more than clients.
Over the years, Pam has trusted Lantz Construction & Remodeling with the transformation of her master bathroom, guest bathroom, and now her beautiful kitchen. Every project has been an opportunity to bring her vision to life, and we couldn’t be more proud of the results.
But the truth is, what means the most to Tim and me isn’t the work itself—it’s the friendship we’ve built along the way.
