Introducing a new special! This is a Vegetarian Shoyu Ramen. For those that have been craving a vegetarian ramen but don’t want our thicker Veggie ramen broth, this is for you. The broth is made from celery, carrots, onion, garlic, and cabbage and we flavor it with a darker, mushroom and konbu soy-based sauce. It gets served with all the fixings of our regular veggie ramen. Served with Green and Red Onions, Cabbage, Corn, Broccolini, Fried Onion, and Thin Noodles
