What an incredible honor to be included among some of North Carolina’s great steakhouses! 🥩❤️

This one means a little extra to us because they nailed exactly what we’ve always wanted Carl & ‘Chelle’s to be.

Yes, we take our steaks seriously — but for us, it has always been about so much more than what’s on the plate. It’s about knowing our customers, remembering your favorite drink, stopping by your table to say hello, and creating a place where you can settle in, enjoy a great meal, and feel at home.

We’ve been serving up delicious memories since 2011, and we’re incredibly grateful for every person who has walked through our doors and helped make Carl & ‘Chelle’s what it is today.

Congratulations to the happy couple! 💍🤍

We had the pleasure of catering our first wedding at the beautiful Southern Ground Manor in Mount Olive, and what a gorgeous venue! From the stunning setting to the soft blue, sage and gold details, everything came together beautifully.

Guests enjoyed cocktail-hour favorites followed by a dinner of beef brisket, smothered chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, Caesar salad and yeast rolls—and of course, we kept the drinks flowing too! 🥂

Thank you for allowing Carl & ’Chelle’s Grill Room & Catering to be a small part of such a special day. We wish the newlyweds a lifetime of love, laughter and delicious memories! 💙🌿

Twas the night before the wedding… ❤️

The tables were set, the desserts were sweet, and the buffet was ready to welcome family and friends. From creamy herb roasted chicken and perfectly sliced pork loin to savory desserts, every detail was prepared with love.

It was an honor to help Simon & Kara kick off their wedding weekend with a rehearsal dinner full of great food, laughter, and memories.

Guests stayed cool with refreshing, handcrafted mocktails while celebrating the happy couple. From fruity favorites to our signature espresso mocktail, every sip was a hit!

Some weddings are just a little more special. ❤️

She may have graduated college and become a teacher, but she’ll always be one of our own. It was an honor to cater both her rehearsal dinner and wedding celebration, helping create memories for someone who has meant so much to us over the years.

Having Gracie stand beside her as a bridesmaid made the weekend even more meaningful.
