🧁 Custom Order Policies & Booking Information 🧁
Please read these before booking!
Thank you so much for supporting my small baking business! Every order is made from scratch with lots of love, attention to detail, and a little bit of magic. To keep everything running smoothly, please take a moment to review my policies before placing an order.
📆 Please Book Early • The earlier, the better! Popular weekends and holidays fill up quickly. • While I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability is not guaranteed.
🍰 Booking Your Order • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. • Your order is not officially booked until the retainer has been received. • The remaining balance is due 3 days before pickup.
• Orders placed within 14 days of the requested date will incur a minimum of a $25 rush fee. • Orders placed within 72 hours will incur a minimum of a $50 rush fee.
• Rush orders are accepted only if my schedule allows, and must be paid in full at time of booking if within 7 days or less of the date needed. Rush fee will be determined based on my availability, my current stock of products, my extra cost from buying last minute products from more expensive retailers due to no alloted time for ordering products, and the complexity and size of your order.
💲 Pricing • Pricing varies based on size, flavor, design complexity, decorations, and time required. • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise noted.
🎂 Order Changes • Minor changes may be requested but not Guaranteed up to 7 days before pickup. • Significant design changes requested after booking may result in additional charges. • No changes can be made within 72 hours of pickup.
❌ Cancellations • Deposits are non-refundable. • If an order is canceled after final payment has been made, refunds will be determined based on work already completed and supplies purchased.
🚗 Pickup & Delivery • Pickup times will be arranged when your order is confirmed. • Please arrive on time so your treats stay fresh and beautiful. • Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location.
⚠️ Allergy Notice My baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, and soy. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, allergen-free products cannot be guaranteed.
📷 Inspiration Photos • Inspiration photos are welcome! However, I do not create exact copies of another baker's work. Your order will be uniquely crafted while incorporating the elements you love. Because all items are handmade, slight variations in colors, decorations, and details may occur. That's part of what makes every order one-of-a-kind!
