But I will go to your child’s party and make or help the children make customs milkshakes (depending on size of party) and drinks or setup a breakfast office event. Did y’all know MSG was in Chick Fil A Sandwiches??

MSG has been shown to cause lesions on the brain especially in children. These lesions cause cognitive, endocrinological and emotional abnormalities. In children, excess glutamate affects the growth cones on neurons. This causes some learning disabilities. Although MSG is a flavor enhancer and is mostly safe for adults. As for kids that already have ADD and ADHD I would avoid excessive MSG products if possible. It’s hard because it’s in everything.
