We find it’s best served by those who aren't afraid to get dirty. The Dirty Cowgirl opened in June 2019, originally as a food truck, or what we liked to call the “mobile meat wagon”. Since then, Chef Kory Geddes has continued to refine the home cooked-inspired menu. Due to popular demand, DCG took the wheels off in 2020 and found it’s new brick-and-mortar in a beautifully converted home built in 1
