A little taste of a sweet summer wedding. 🍑🌿

This wedding had a little bit of everything we love seeing on a menu. Bacon-wrapped dates, crispy Brie, duck and corn wontons, shrimp cocktail, and Colorado Caprese with heirloom tomatoes and grilled Palisade peaches.

Dinner was served buffet-style with Dijon chicken paella, French green beans, and our Best Mashed Potatoes Ever, plus a chef-attended carving station with prime top sirloin and creamy horseradish.

Wishing these two all the happiness! 🤍

There are some wedding days that stay with you long after the last dance, and this was one of them. ✨

From the setting at North Star Gatherings | Colorado Wedding Venue to the energy of the evening, every detail came together beautifully.

And then there was dessert… which definitely had a moment. 🍨

Warm chocolate chip cookies and brownies served in cast-iron skillets, topped with whipped cream, hot fudge, salted caramel, vanilla ice cream, and cherries.

Our Nitro Dots Station brought a little something extra to the evening, featuring chef-created flavors like Toasted S’mores, Chai Latte, and Coconut Sorbet.

A beautiful day, a joyful celebration, and an incredible couple at the heart of it all 🤍
