The details that mean the most are often the ones that feel personal. Including a family recipe on the wedding menu is a beautiful way to honor family traditions and share a piece of your story with the people celebrating alongside you. 🤍

For this celebration, we served family-recipe lumpia as a passed hors d’oeuvre, alongside BBQ-glazed pork belly, followed by a dinner featuring some comforting favorites and a made-in-house ice cream sundae station to end the evening on a sweet note. 🍦

We’re grateful to have been part of a day filled with meaningful details and the people who matter most.

A beautiful afternoon at Denver Botanic Gardens celebrating a very special couple. The gardens made such a lovely setting for the day, with thoughtful details and a menu full of seasonal favorites. ✨

We served our Colorado Caprese with Palisade peaches, heirloom tomatoes, burrata, fresh basil & balsamic, along with roasted onion focaccia and ancho-roasted chicken with peach & green chili compote.

The menu also included Scottish salmon, whipped potatoes, and French green beans, followed by a one-tier lemon cake with raspberry jam and raspberry buttercream. 🍋🍓

The sweetest setting for such a special day.

A beautiful wedding day at The Cheley Lodge + Grove, from the mountain ceremony to the tented reception and gathering together for dinner. ✨

The evening’s menu featured our smoked bison enchiladas, a pasta station, dual carving stations, and an ice cream sundae station to finish the night on a sweet note.

With the mountain views, thoughtful details, and so many special moments throughout the day, it was such a joy to be part of this beautiful celebration. 🤍

We’re excited to introduce Alicia, the newest member of our events team! ✨

Originally from Philadelphia, Alicia discovered her love of catering and events during a culinary externship at a wedding venue. That first experience sparked an interest in the events world, and she’s since built a career in hospitality, including time as a pastry chef. 🍰

Her background in pastry and hospitality has given Alicia a deep appreciation for food, creativity, and the details that make an experience memorable. She brings that perspective to her work as an event designer, helping clients bring their ideas to life and create celebrations that feel personal and thoughtfully considered.

Alicia’s love of food extends well beyond the workplace. She loves cooking for other people and takes pride in a fully stocked kitchen, complete with everything from cake decorating tools to a vintage Italian pasta machine. 🍝

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, seeking out inventive cocktails, thrifting, and discovering a good comedy show. She’s also a devoted cat person and someone who starts planning her Halloween and Renaissance Fair costumes months in advance.

We’re so happy to have Alicia on the team and excited for you to get to know her!
