Join us this Saturday October 18 for the release of our latest coffee beer collaboration with Be among the first to taste Basic Witch, a seasonal pumpkin latte beer brewed with Incognita coffee. It will be a lively event! Food truck, pumpkin decorating, LEGO building and crafts plus coffee pop up from 3-5pm. Just released two new single origins: cool honey processed coffee from Yunnan, China and a stellar washed Kenya AB. Both are roasted and ready for quick delivery or shipping from the link in bio.

The Yunnan coffee is easy to love and offers intriguing complexity. Enjoy flavors of cocoa, almond and a hint of tea. Visiting Yunnan was a highlight of our time abroad. Yunnan only produces a small amount of specialty coffee so we are excited to share this rare delight with you. 

The Kenyan coffee is a stand out AB microlot. Dark chocolate flavors mingle with zesty citrus and bergamot. Great for brewed coffee and single origin espresso if you enjoy a brighter shot.

Wednesday November 20 is the last day to order before Thanksgiving. We have some delicious coffees already roasted that will ship faster or we can roast to order. Roasted/Ready to Ship coffees can be ordered and delivered or shipped until November 22.

The roastery will be closed November 23-December 1. Orders placed after November 20 will be roasted and shipped after December 2.

If you are ordering now to plan ahead for December holidays, please include a note in your order letting us know when you need the coffee.
