We’re looking for a little extra part time help to get us through the last couple months of our busy season!

We’re currently looking for:
• Servers
• Bartender
• Kitchen help/cooks

We mostly need help on the weekends, so this would be perfect for someone looking to pick up some extra hours and make some extra money before we slow down for the winter.

Coming from the other side of the river? We’ll gladly cover your ferriage fee!

And if you end up liking it so much you don’t want to leave us, we’d be happy to keep you on and have you back with us next season too! ☺️

Important Menu Update

Due to our continued shortage of kitchen staff, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily downsize our menu on Saturdays and Sundays so our small kitchen team can continue providing the best food and service possible.

Weekend Menu Changes (Saturday & Sunday Only):

• No dinner entrees
• No Fried Chicken
• No Whole Catfish
• No Big A Burgers

We will still be serving:
• Catfish and Buffalo Fritters
• Catfish and Buffalo Sandwiches
• Chicken Livers & Gizzards
• Butterfly Shrimp
• And many of your other favorites!

These items will still be available Wednesday through Friday 11am-7pm.

We know this news will disappoint many of you, and we truly hate having to make this change. Some of these are our most popular menu items, but they’re also the most time consuming to prepare and require the most fryer space. By temporarily removing them on our busiest days, we’re able to keep ticket times down and ensure the rest of our menu is prepared as quickly and consistently as possible.

This isn’t a decision we wanted to make, but it’s the best way to continue serving our customers while taking care of our hardworking kitchen staff.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work to find more kitchen help. We look forward to bringing our full menu back as soon as we’re able.
