I wanted to take a moment to say something from the heart. ❤️
As a small family business, we pour everything we have into Kinders every single weekend. We care deeply about our customers, our community, and the experience people have when they walk through our doors.
We know we aren’t perfect. Busy nights happen, staffing challenges happen, and sometimes mistakes happen. But one thing we will always do is try our best and work hard to make things right.
If you ever have an issue with your food, service, or experience, please let us know while you’re here. We truly want the opportunity to fix it in the moment…whether that means remaking a meal, correcting an issue, apologizing, or simply making things right. We can’t improve or help if we don’t know.
We also want to take a moment to thank our employees who show up every weekend and work incredibly hard. A special thank you to our kitchen ladies, who continue to absolutely kill it getting orders out as quickly as possible with very little help back there. Their hard work does not go unnoticed.
And most of all, thank you to my mom, Jeni, who has poured her heart and soul into Kinders and continues to rock it in the kitchen every single weekend. The amount of time, love, and dedication she gives this place is something most people never get to see. We truly couldn’t do it without her. ❤️
