Local business opportunity - Wild Oaks BBQ.
I primarily sold tri tips at farmer's markets with great success and you can too. The ease of this operation allows you to sell at farmer's markets and other outdoor events, or link up with other businesses and sell through their establishment. Change up the menu and smoke ribs or whole chickens, heck even tofu.

- Local notoriety and established page with over 1k followers.
- 2008 E350 V8 commercial van in fair condition with 283k miles
- Santa Maria style BBQ trailer, using wood and gas burners and smoke racks above the grill. Trailer is approx. 8 ft long, 5 ft wide, 4 ft tall.
