After what feels like an eternity, Gunny finally has a DSHS inspection scheduled! 🙌

And now… LET THE FUN BEGIN!

We’ve got some final work to do before we can open that window:

✅ Finalizing the menu
✅ Testing and dialing in the equipment
✅ Fine-tuning recipes
✅ Getting everything organized
✅ Making sure we’re ready to serve YOU!

We’re getting SO CLOSE to firing up the grill and serving our first customers.

Thank you for sticking with us, following along, and being patient while we’ve worked through the process. We can’t wait to finally see you at Gunny’s Grill!

THE WAIT CONTINUES… BUT GUNNY ISN’T SITTING STILL!

We’ve got some news on the opening timeline…

It’s looking like we may be another 3–4 weeks away from getting our DSHS inspection scheduled based on others in the same predicament.

Trust us… Gunny is NOT thrilled about waiting, but while we wait for that inspection date, he’s using the extra time to fine-tune all the details.

We want the day we finally open that window to be READY TO ROCK.

So hang tight, Godley! We’re getting closer every day, and when that inspection is scheduled, you’ll hear about it!
