Hello everyone,

As most of your know, our place caught on fire in June. 🥺Since then, many of you have been wondering what will become of Burns Wild Game processing and we appreciate all of you reaching out and being paitent with us as we navigated the horrible loss. We finally have some great news!!

‼️Our friends, Ted and Julie Prehn and Adam Fritz have purchased Hansen Packing in Jerseyville and will be doing deer processing starting OCTOBER 14, 2023. We would like to encourage everyone to take their deer to these folks. ‼️

If your lucky enough you might just catch Grace and Randy helping out getting these guys started🤗🤗

Looking forward to seeing you all and again we appreciate your patients.

Hello everyone, I know the tragedy has been all over social media. We are devastated to lose such a special place to us with many family traditions, memories, and keep sakes. Thank goodness no one was injured or in the building when the fire occurred. We are unsure what the future holds at this time. We could really use all of the thoughts and prayers for our family. Thank you for always support us we are forever grateful. We will keep you updated on what the future holds for the business.

We are no longer taking boneless meat this season thank you to all our customers for an amazing season!! Our last day for pick ups is Jan 21, 2023 we will see everyone again starting Oct 1, 2023! 😊

Wednesday - Friday 12:00-5:00
Saturdays 9-12

We will be accepting boneless trimmings in less than 4 inch sections in CLEAR ziplock bags.

Due to holidays we will be closed the following days:

We will be accepting bones less trimmings in less than 4 inch sections in CLEAR ziplock bags starting today

We will accept boneless trimmings and whole deer until January 14.

Please have your deer caped out by your taxidermist of choice PRIOR to bringing it here. WE WILL NOT BEING DOING CAPEOUTS.

Boneless meat may be brought in AFTER December 15. Again CLEAR ZIPLOCK BAGS, SMALLER THAN 4 inch cubes.

Hello everyone thank you to everyone who has picked up there orders and are planning to pick up there orders yet this week WE NOW HAVE ROOM IN FREEZERS to start ACCEPTING WHOLE deer once again thank you for your patience be safe out there and again thank you for your business!!

AGAIN hold on to boneless trimmings until after December 15, 2022 again clear ziplock bags and SMALL no bigger than 4 inch chunks
