Gloversville Food Truck Fridays are moving and expanding in 2025! Instead of Castiglione Park, food trucks are encouraged to set up at the new St. Thomas Square (9 Elm St.) and food carts at the Piazza (12 S. Main St.). The city is finalizing regulations, which will be available soon. Vendors are encouraged to contact the City Clerk’s office for details, permits, and more.

To kick things off, local vendors will be showcasing the new parks on Friday, May 30:
• Piazza (12 S. Main St.): From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., enjoy lunch from PARK SIDE HOT DOG'S, who is also supporting Lily’s Fight Against Cancer. Local musician Johnny Gonzales will perform.
• St. Thomas Square (9 Elm St.): Following an event, Nibbles & Bites will be in the food truck parking area. Inside the year-round pavilion, find El Cielo, The Fresh Plate, and Hanna’s Sweet Treats. Michelle King will perform in the Farmers Market Pavilion.

You can also find Nibbles & Bites at St. Thomas Square on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with the Gloversville Farmers Market (except May 24), and PARK SIDE HOT DOG'S is located at Ace Hardware in Johnstown on Mondays and Tuesdays, at 44 Bloomingdale Ave. (across from Park Terrace School) on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and on some Friday afternoons at Great Sacandaga Brewery in Broadalbin.

Check both vendors' pages for hours and availability.
