HAPPY FRIDAY!!! LABOR DAY WEEKEND???!!!! HUH... How did this happen???!!!
We are heading into the beginning of yet another school year and busy season
This week will be the last week for the Citrus grilled chicken protein kits for the season. Stock up!!! They freeze well and will last up to 2 months in the fridge unopened. Stash some away for the winter.

Pecorino cheese wedges are BACK!!!! These will sell out fast!!! This cheese is a perfect accompaniment to just about anything and just for just $10 a wedge!!! It's a Win Win.

Summer grazers will be on the menu for just a little longer. They are perfect for a quick on the go snack for those hectic schedules.

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!! WE ARE BACK!!!! What a great few days away to recharge and relax!!! Weather was perfect, food was amazing, and the time spent with family friends was priceless!!!!

Happy Friday!!!!!!

Jenn and I will be taking one more trip to Cancun, before the start of school and the busy season. We will be away the week of 8/24-8/28. We will be offering the same deal as our last vacation.

Stock up!!! The food on this menu can be frozen. Simply take the bowls out of the freezer the night before and place them in the refrigerator. Heat and Enjoy!

We are closely monitoring info from the CDC, FDA, and other health organizations to have a close eye on the recent outbreaks :

Cyclospora parasite - found in iceberg lettuce (multiple states), shell eggs (Texas, mid west distribution)

E. Coli - frozen organic blueberries

Listeria- soft Ricotta cheese

Also mentioned, fresh parsley and fresh cilantro ( not confirmed)

We have made menu adjustments to ensure we are staying safe and on top of the products that are affected by this recent outbreak. Most of these items we DO NOT have on our menu.

Heyo!!! We are back from vacation!!! You know we can"t stay away from the kitchen. So, we are doing a FLASH SALE!!! We are doing a Smashed Chicken Caesar Taco!!! This baby is awesome in every way. The dressing will be on the side. So, you can add at your discretion.
This will prevent sogginess too.

We are also offering our Citrus Grilled Chicken Protein Kit. These are great on everything!!

Happy Friday!!! We will be taking some much needed time off for the the week of 7/20- 7/24 menu. We have been so busy these past few months, and its all thanks to you. Forever grateful for what we are able to do weekly.
Since we will not be offering a menu for the week of 7/20, we wanted to offer a deal. FOR THIS WEEK'S MENU ONLY. Buy 8 bowls and receive $10 off your bill. Stock up!! The bowls for this week will freeze well *(except for the watermelon salad). These can be used as a "supplement" for while we are away. Simply take the bowls out of the freezer the night before and place in your fridge. Heat and enjoy!!!

HAPPY 4th of July Weekend!!! 🇺🇲🎆 Happy 250th birthday America!!! We are right in the middle of a summer scorcher!!!!
We have decided to pull back on the soup kits for the time being because of the relentless heat and lack of sales. We will be offering a summer Dorado Grazer!! Which will include assortment of artisan cheeses, fresh fruit, cured meats, olives, candied nuts.
