The Story Behind the Menu

Eighteenth Story - The Butter Up Milkshake
(Chocolate ice-cream, trimmed with peanut butter, Reese’s pieces, and topped with whipped cream, Reese’s cup and chocolate drizzle)

The Butter Up was created by our handsome, sports-loving grandson, Bryce!

When it came time to create his milkshake, Bryce knew exactly what he wanted! He combined two of his favorite things — baseball and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups!!

And just like that, The Butter Up was created! A fun little twist on the famous baseball phrase, “Batter Up!”

Bryce has an incredible love for sports, and it doesn’t matter what sport he’s playing, this boy gives it his ALL! His determination, passion, and love for the game are something truly special. He plays with his whole heart, and we couldn’t be prouder of him!

But there’s something else pretty special about The Butter Up! It just happens to be our #1 Milkshake seller on our menu! And if you know Bryce, you know his jersey number for every sport he plays is #1. So why would his milkshake be any different?!

We love watching Bryce grow, both on and off the field, and we are so excited to have a little piece of his creation on our menu.

Getting to see so many families and friends coming together to enjoy our Haunted Garage Dining has truly been something special!

The smiles, the laughter, the kids playing games, the screams from getting scared, and most importantly, watching families and friends making memories together. THIS is what it’s all about for us!!

There is nothing better than looking around our garage and seeing people of all ages laughing, smiling, and enjoying time together. It brings us so much happiness knowing that Elsie’s can be a small part of those special memories.

When we opened Elsie’s, we wanted to create more than just a place to grab a bite to eat. We wanted to create a place where everyone feels welcome, where families come together, friendships grow, and memories are made. Seeing that happen right before our eyes means everything to us.
