Copper Bistro is OPEN today, and we want to reassure our customers that we are taking every necessary precaution during the current boil water advisory. ❤️
The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority, and we have made adjustments to ensure we can continue serving you safely.
For the time being: • All meals will be served on disposable paper plates with plastic utensils
• Canned sodas will be available.
• Drinking water and any water needed for service is from a safe, purchased source
• All ice being served has been purchased from a safe outside source
• We are following all recommended precautions for food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation
• Any tap water that must be used is being properly boiled and handled according to the advisory
We take this situation very seriously and would never compromise the health or safety of our customers.
