I just have to rave about Sean & Amanda at Optimum Tech
Where do I start? First of all, he got my computer in right away when I hollered for help because it was dying. He guided me through the diagnostics process in terms that I could understand, helped me make an informed decision about what my options were and guided me in choosing a replacement. Then in the midst of our transaction, my best friend passed away, and during the time that I was out of communication & distracted, Sean & Amanda were so patient, kind & understanding. I never felt any pressure. Today I picked up my new-to-me refurbished computer, ready to go with all my files & programs transferred over. I couldn't be any happier and I can't recommend them highly enough if you need help with any tech issues!

5+++ stars and he will make you laugh and they have adorable kids and an adorable cat!! What more could you ask for? 😁
