Thank you to everyone who reached out, checked on us, shared our posts, and supported us while we worked through the recent power outage. The encouragement from our community meant more than you know.

A special thank you goes to one of our guests and her husband, who stepped in and helped get us back up and running. Your kindness is something we’ll never forget.

As we get back into full swing, we do have a few temporary limitations:

• No carryout today
• Limited menu
• No soups or desserts
• A few menu items may not be available

Everything we serve is made from scratch, and after several days without power we’re working as quickly as possible to get every recipe and prep item back to the standard you expect from us.

Sometimes, community is stronger than any storm.

After several long days without full power, we’re incredibly grateful to share that Walker’s Tap & Table and Rosie’s Delicatessen are powered back up and getting ready to welcome everyone back.

The most amazing part of this story is how it happened.

One of our loyal guests mentioned our situation to her husband, who works for BGE as a lineman. He happened to be in the area, stopped by to take a look, quickly identified the issue, and was able to restore our power in less than a hour.

We cannot thank him enough for taking the time to help our businesses, our employees, and our community. His willingness to step in made all the difference. If he didn’t estimates from BGE were saying 7/9 at 11pm.

This experience has reminded us why we love being part of this community. Over the past several days we’ve received countless messages, offers of help, words of encouragement, and support from neighboring businesses and guests. It has been overwhelming in the best possible way.

To everyone who checked in on us, shared our posts, offered assistance, or simply waited patiently for us to reopen, thank you.

We’ll be working hard this morning and today to restock, prep, and get everything ready. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back through our doors. Please stay tuned for reopening times.

Community isn’t just a word. It’s what happened this week.

Power Update.

Power Update:
As of this morning, we’re still without operational power, and unfortunately Rosie’s Delicatessen and Walker’s Tap & Table will remain closed today (7/7).

We know many of you are asking when we’ll reopen. The honest answer is we’re waiting just like you. At this time, we haven’t seen MyBGE repair crews in the immediate area where the lines are down, so we’re continuing to monitor the situation.

We promise we’ll fire up the slicer, and espresso machine the moment we are able to do so.

Thanks for sticking with us. We can’t wait to get back to cooking instead of outage updates. ❤️

We would like to sincerely thank Brandon and J & T Seafood Inc for stepping up and helping us while we’ve been without power.

This is what community is all about. Local businesses supporting one another when it matters most.

If you’re looking for crabs, do yourself a favor and order from J & T Seafood. Not only are they genuinely great people, but they also have the best crabs around.

Thank you again for having our backs. We truly appreciate your kindness and support.

7/6 UPDATE: We are still closed at both Walker’s & Rosie’s due to power issues. The community has been reaching out with calls and messages asking how they can help. We are good right now! But if you want to support us now the best thing to do is to visit our sister locations Barrington Tap & Table and Walker’s on Main. We will get open once power is fully restored! Thank you all.
