Two of the four phases are complete. My team and I have obtained the 406 West 7th Street in Glenwood Springs, right next to the river across from the funeral home. The goal is to make the 406 a really cool spot for locals to hang out and enjoy the river. Phase 1 was Defiance Strength & Conditioning, and today we open Phase 2.
