Independent cafe owner, Cathy Schiltz, is proud of her high quality, upscale coffee house tha

t caters to local residents as well as guests traveling through town. Cathy also works to have a major role in the revitalization of downtown Glenview and support job retention in the community. Glenview Grind offers locally, high quality roasted coffee, gourmet loose leaf teas and fresh pastries and snacks provided by Bennison's Bakery. Glenview Grind also serves breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, yogurt parfaits, soup and deli sandwiches. SO PROUD OF THIS TEAM! The Grind has been experiencing a lot of interruptions to our daily business due to all the changes in Downtown Glenview. This team has continued to work hard through it, construction blocking our entrances and drive thru, unhappy customers about the mess and noise. This Grind team has remained positive and knows that this will soon pass. The end result will be a more vibrant and exciting downtown! 💪
