The team is featuring a new sandwich every week made with fresh ingredients and seasonal flavors—the perfect grab-and-go lunch for a day at the beach.

This week’s featured sandwich is The Turkey Tango: sliced turkey and provolone topped with fresh spring mix and a delicious fig spread on your choice of toasted or sourdough bread.

Every sandwich comes with a bag of chips and a smile for $16.

The party was everything summer at Valley Lo should be — great weather, great food, and so many members and families enjoying time together. It was the perfect way to spend the holiday weekend.

Welcome Megan Nagorzanski, New Assistant Golf Professional

Megan joins our growing golf program with tremendous energy and passion for the game. She has gained valuable experience working at Ravinia Green Country Club, Exmoor Country Club, and Shoreacres, where she served in a variety of roles on the golf staff. Megan will play a key role in assisting to develop our junior golf program and league management. She is also an accomplished player, most recently earning the title of defending Staff Champion at Loxahatchee Club, where she topped a strong field of assistants and staff professionals in the annual championship. Stop by the Birdie Box (our wonderful temporary Golf Shop) to say hi to Megan!

It’s a beautiful day to get out and enjoy the course, and we’re excited to welcome you back for play. Grab your clubs and take advantage of the sunshine!

Big things are happening around the Club!
After the Committee on Club Enhancements, Wildlife, and Multi-Use concluded its research and held a vote, we’re proud to announce a series of exciting “enhancements” across Club grounds and facilities:

• The Lakefront Albatross Sanctuary is now fully operational. Our new residents have settled in nicely and are already demonstrating strong opinions on pace of play, snack options, and personal space. Member use of the lake may be a bit limited, especially during the nesting season.

• All golf clubs have been thoughtfully replaced with umbrellas—because why shouldn’t your 7-iron also protect you from a passing shower? We’re calling it double duty. Early reviews suggest a slight learning curve on distance control.

• The indoor pool has been upgraded to a state-of-the-art… jello basin. If you get hungry mid-swim- just take a big slurp! We will not be discussing the filtration system at this time.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we continue to enhance the member experience in bold and unexpected ways. Additional updates to follow… pending approval from our feathered friends.

If you haven’t RSVP’d yet, book your sitter and join us for an adults-only Valentine’s night filled with live music, dancing, chef-attended food stations, and (NEW) our fabulous martini bar featuring Valentine-inspired cocktails (sweet and spirit-forward).
