We're keeping some of the heat around for this week's special, the Cajun Turkey.

We're using delicious Cajun Turkey from Dietz & Watson. It has a medium level of spice as well as some great Cajun flavor. We're putting it on a hoagie with jalapeño pepper cheese, Cajun mayo, lettuce, onion, pickles, and tomatoes. Come try one this week for $10.50!

Y'all ever hear of the KISS principle? It stands for Keep it Simple, Stupid. That's what we've got going on this week. It's going to be stupid hot, so we're going to keep it simple with the Slightly-More-Adventurous Ham & Cheese. It's Honey Ham and Pepper Cheese with deli mustard, mayo, onions and tomatoes. Pure comfort with a bit of pep. We hope you love it! $8.25

Hey folks, just a heads up that we'll be open for the 4th of July from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The kitchen will be open from 11 to 3 (but we won't be serving any hot food). It gets pretty busy early on, so if you want food, placing your order the day before would be really helpful.

Happy Summer, Ya'll!! This week we're featuring the bright flavors of summer via the Caprese - layers of tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella on a 6" roll drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. If you'd like to add a bit of meat, we recommend prosciutto or capicola. AND we've got strawberries on hand, so this is a Choose Your Own Adventure moment. If you missed the Stawberry Caprese the first time around, or if you just need another hit of that perfect combo -- this is your chance! With so many great options, you really can't go wrong. Either veg version is $8.99, and you can add either meat for $10.49.

We're going for all the summer feels this week with the Chef Salad Wrap - this one is fresh, but also hearty enough to help you make the most of all this sunshine! If you're not familiar with it, we layer ham, turkey and cheddar on a wrap with hard boiled egg, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, and your dressing of choice. A summer salad on the go - available this week for $10.99!

This week we're sticking with the vegetarian theme -- featuring the Olive Jawn! We make an olive tapenade using a mix of premium mediterranean olives and roasted red peppers, and it is amazing how just a few quality ingredients can bring such big flavor. We spread the olive tapenade on a six inch roll and add some fresh mozzarella and a bet of peppery arugula to round things out. The vegetarian version is available for $8.50, or you can add a bit of capicola for $9.95. Enjoy!

This week we're trying our hand at the Vegitalian - This vegetarian combination comes amazingly close to the flavors of your favorite italian hoagie, but without the meat! We start with a schmear of hoagie spread in addition to our olive tapenade, then layer on some roasted butternut squash, fresh mozzarella, sharp provolone and swiss cheese. Add some fresh arugula and thinly sliced onions, salt, pepper and oregano.. and you're there! It's got the slightly spicy, savory, and creamy notes of an Italian hoagie with a bit of zing as well. It'll be around this week for $10.50 (We are defaulting to a small roll here, but if you've got a big hunger you can order up for an extra $1).

Summer is in the air, and we are celebrating with the Honey BBQ Chicken Special. We layer thinly sliced honey bbq chicken deli meat with cheddar, bacon, sweet peppers, lettuce and mayo on a round roll. Enjoy the tastes of summer on a sandwich, without even turning on the grill!
