Patio Season, While It Lasts 🐾
The seasons are changing, which means patio season is sadly coming to an end. We’re not emotionally prepared, but apparently Mother Nature doesn’t take requests.
Until then, bring your favorite dining companion — well-behaved dogs with a refined palate are always welcome on the [farmacy] patio. We have yet to confirm whether they prefer the local fare or are simply here for the attention.

If your pup has enjoyed a proper patio dining experience with us, drop your photos in the comments and show us the four-legged regulars.

Let’s see the good dogs. The classy dogs. The lucky pups! The dogs who understood the assignment.

(Don't forget to support the in their annual Farm to Tail fundraising event or in any way you are able ❤🐾

There’s always a pasta on the menu.
Predictable? Absolutely.
Here’s the catch: the pasta is made in-house, the ingredients are local + fresh, and the combinations are never on repeat.

So while you can count on pasta being here, you’ll never quite know what we’re going to do with it.

We like a little consistency. Just not enough to get boring.

Oysters are kind of our thing. 🦪
We always have them. The selections rotate, because oysters have different flavor profiles + personalities —and we like keeping things interesting.

Sometimes they’re exactly what they should be: raw, cold, fresh + left alone.
Sometimes we dress them up a little because, well… we can.
But one thing never changes: the price.

Bar seat? Same price.
Table? Same price.
Here for a quick dozen? Same price.
Settling in for dinner? You guessed it.

No special “bar pricing.” No oyster hierarchy. Just really good oysters, however you want them.

We make our sourdough all wrong.
And somehow… it tastes really, really right.

We’ve been feeding starters, shaping loaves + obsessing over fermentation since way before sourdough became everyone’s personality. No trendy hobby. No pandemic starter origin story. Just good bread, made the long way because that’s how we like to do things.

Is our method technically “correct”? Nope.

Does the crust crackle, the inside have that perfect chew + the flavor make you want to eat the whole loaf before dinner? Absolutely.

Turns out, sometimes doing it wrong is exactly how you do it right.

We’ll leave the perfect sourdough rules to the internet.

We’ll keep making ours.

The ingredients change. The concepts stay.

That’s kind of the point.
Our shared plates are built around a few things we believe in pretty strongly: thoughtful combinations, local ingredients, food meant for the middle of the table, + just enough restraint to let the good stuff speak for itself.

Our local hydroponic greens make regular appearances, bringing a little freshness, a lot of flavor + a reminder that “local” doesn’t have to mean predictable.
The plate might look different next week. The ingredients will almost certainly change. But the idea stays the same: make it seasonal, make it thoughtful + make it worth passing around the table.

Because we could just make the same dishes over and over.

But where’s the fun in being predictable?

Summer is halfway over, how did that happen?
Naturally, we added some new wines to the list.
Our beverage menu is just as thoughtfully considered as the food—carefully selected wines, a rotating lineup of beers + cocktails that are actually worth ordering. Every bottle, can + cocktail has a reason for being here.
Because when you’re dining with a group, everyone shouldn’t have to compromise.

One wants something crisp and chilled? We’ve got it. Someone wants a great beer? Covered. Someone wants a cocktail? Obviously.
The point is simple: good drinks for everyone at the table.

So yes, summer may be halfway over, but we’re not letting it go quietly.

But that’s kind of our thing. 👨‍🎤

Burrata.
It comes + it goes.
The ingredients may change with the fields. The peaches become tomatoes. The tomatoes become squash. The herbs follow the weather instead of a recipe. But one thing never changes...

Burrata always finds its way onto the menu from time to time.

That's the beauty of cooking with local farms, we don't tell the seasons what to do—they tell us.

To the farmers who spend months growing what we get to showcase on a plate, thank you. Your work is the reason this dish tastes like summer.

This is what pride looks like.
No guests in the dining room.
No applause.
No audience.
Just a team member making sure every seat, every table + every detail is exactly where it belongs before we welcome you in.

The little things aren't little to us.

They're the reason so many of you call this your favorite place—they're the difference between a good dinner + the one you tell your friends about tomorrow, in a good way.
That's the thing about standards.

The best ones are invisible.

Every restaurant has guests.
We're lucky enough to have OUR PEOPLE.
The Tuesday night reservation whose wine is already being poured before they sit down. The couples who somehow ended up with "their" seats at the end of the bar every Friday. The familiar faces that know the menu changes, ask what's new + remind us that this place has become part of their routine.
You aren't just customers. You've become part of the rhythm of this restaurant. You celebrate birthdays here, toast promotions, survive tough weeks + sometimes stop in simply because it feels like home.
That kind of loyalty isn't something we ever take for granted.
To everyone who's walked through our doors for the first time—welcome. We genuinely hope you enjoy dinner.
But if we're doing our job right... it won't be your last.

Because around here, we're not just serving meals. We're quietly building a table full of regulars, one unforgettable night at a time.

And to those who already call this place their spot... thank you for letting us be yours. ❤️

Instagram vs. Reality.

IG: A perfectly proper Mai Tai. Balanced. Classic. Predictable.

Reality: Our NJ Mai Tai shows up dressed like it's on vacation on a cruise ship, rocking a personalized silly straw, and yes... the emoji you get is not a happy little accident.
We don't do boring cocktails + we definitely don't believe garnishes should be an afterthought.
Order one, compare notes with your friends + try not to take your straw personally. We already did. Bring it home + have a good laugh.

See you at the bar. 🍹
