Our Cookies & Cream Milkshake is thick, creamy and packed with cookies & cream goodness, then piled high with whipped cream and topped with crumbled Oreos because apparently drinking dessert wasn’t excessive enough already. 😂

Cold, creamy, crunchy and completely unconcerned with whatever you had planned for dessert.

You can share it. That’s technically an option. Although we wouldn’t recommend it 🍪🥤👋

Apparently Germans make other salads besides potato. We’re still processing this information. 😂🥒

Our German Cucumber Salad keeps things cool and simple with cucumber and red onion tossed in a creamy dill dressing. It’s crisp, refreshing, and only $6 on our September Specials Menu.

But the calendar has officially flipped to October, which means new specials are on the way. 👀

So if you haven’t tried this one yet, consider this your warning.

Get it before it gets the boot. 🇩🇪🥒

Thursday night. AFC North football. $7 eats. Yeah, that’ll work. 🏈🔥

The Pittsburgh Steelers head to Cleveland to take on the Browns tonight at 8:15 PM, and we’ll have the action on at DTCT.

And once that ball is kicked, the Extra Point Menu is officially in play. Grab Personal Poutine, Personal Mac & Cheese, a Wing Basket, Tender Basket or Personal Loaded Fries for just $7 each.

Football on the TVs. Cold drinks at the bar. Five different ways to spend seven bucks.

Kickoff at 8:15. See you at DTCT. 🍻🏈

Get sauced. We’ll worry about the consequences later. 🍗🔥

It’s Wing Wednesday at DTCT, which means $1 wings ALL DAY and 17+ sauces standing between you and making a responsible number of decisions.

Stick with a favorite. Try something new. Mix and match. Order another round because you suddenly need to know what sauce #6 tastes like compared to sauce #11. This is important research.

17+ sauces. $1 wings. All day.

Your only real problem is picking where to start. 😏🔥

Back to school is expensive enough. Dinner doesn’t need to add to the problem. 🎒💸

Between new clothes, school supplies, practices, homework and trying to remember which kid needs to be where at what time, consider dinner one less thing to think about.

Our Pick 4 for the Family specials make it easy:

🥤 Pick 4 Sodas • $9.99
🔥 Pick 4 Apps • $19.99
🍕 Pick 4 Pizzettas • $39.99
🍔 Pick 4 Smash Burgers • $39.99

Pick what the family wants, place the order and call it a night. Pickup or delivery, because you’ve already got enough running around to do.

Cheap. Easy. Everyone gets fed. Don’t overthink it. We’ve got dinner. 😎🔥

09/28/2026

We’re giving the crew a day off. They’ve earned it. ❤️🔥

Downtown City Tavern will be CLOSED today for our Employee Appreciation Day, giving the people behind the bar, in the kitchen and everywhere in between a chance to kick back and enjoy themselves for once.

A huge thank you to our entire DTCT team for everything they do to keep the drinks pouring, the ovens fired up and this place running day after day. 🍻

We’ll be back at it tomorrow. See you then!

09/18/2026

We’re not sure how the math works either. 🍕🔥

Our Shawarma Pizza starts with a creamy tzatziki base, then gets loaded with mozzarella, green peppers, fresh lettuce and tomato, all on a za’atar crust.

It’s cool, creamy, savory, fresh and just different enough to make your usual pizza order a little nervous.

$18 on our September Specials Menu.

Your pepperoni pizza will forgive you. Probably. 😂

09/17/2026

The Detroit Lions head to Buffalo to take on the Bills at 8:15 PM, and we’ll have the game on at DTCT.

And you know what football means around here. The Extra Point Menu is in play whenever it’s game time. Grab Personal Poutine, Personal Mac & Cheese, a Wing Basket, Tender Basket or Personal Loaded Fries for just $7 each.

Bills. Lions. Cold drinks. $7 eats.

That’s a pretty solid Thursday night. 🍻🏈

09/16/2026

Yes. This is cauliflower. We double checked. 😂🔥

Our Cauliflower Wings take fried cauliflower, toss it in a sweet and spicy Asian chili sauce, and serve it up with ranch for dipping.

Crispy. Saucy. Slightly dangerous to anyone who still insists they “don’t like cauliflower.”

Just $10 on our September Specials Menu.

Vegetables have officially gotten better. 🥦

09/15/2026

Mmmm. Crispy indeed. 🤤🔥

Our BBQ Pork Croquettes are deep fried until golden and crispy, stuffed with pork and cheese, then served with Alabama White BBQ Sauce for dipping.

Crunchy outside. Cheesy, porky goodness inside. Sauce waiting on the sidelines to make things appropriately messy.

They’re $11 on our September Specials Menu, so get ’em while they’re here.
