This is what Sams Diner was about gathering of friends and families. I know Peter was with us today smiling down on us. He loved it when we would cook breakfast for the family on Sundays there. What a beautiful ending! ❤️

Well what a day!! THANK YOU THANK YOU ALL that stopped in this week and especially today to have breakfast or lunch one more time. I loved hearing the stories of how long you all have been coming to Sams. Peter loved this community as well as the family.

After 20 years as a part of the Brock family and nearly seven decades operating at 23 Dix Ave., Sam’s Diner is closing a chapter. Lisa Brock, her family and longtime friends of Sam’s Diner have made the difficult decision to close the business and continue the legacy of Peter Brock in other ways. They are eternally grateful for the support of the local community and can’t wait to see what new adventures are in store for the space that will always be in their hearts as “Sam’s Diner”.

Last business day is Friday, February 25th. Hours will be 7:30-1:30.
