🔥🍔 SATURDAY AT FITZERELLIS! 🍔🔥

Alright Glendive… Saturday is gonna look a little different around here.

First off — our apologies for shutting things down early today.

But HOLY. CRAP. 🥵

The heat finally won.

Between the temperature outside and the kitchen equipment doing its absolute best impression of the surface of the sun… it became downright unbearable in there.

And since Mother Nature apparently has ZERO interest in calming down tomorrow, we’ve gotta make a little adjustment.

🍔 BURGER DAY IS STILL HAPPENING! 🍔

BUT instead of firing up the grills and trying to crank out 9 different burgers at once, we’re narrowing it down to 2–3 burger options for Saturday.

Because apparently cooking nine kinds of burgers while slowly turning ourselves into rotisserie chickens is frowned upon. 😂🔥

BUT THERE’S GOOD NEWS…

To make up for the smaller burger lineup, we’re bringing MORE OF THE REGULAR MENU into the mix!

So Saturday will be a little bit of:

🍔 Burgers
🌮 Regular favorites
🌯 A little bit of everything
🔥 And significantly less attempted heat stroke

We hope everyone understands. We absolutely LOVE feeding this town — but occasionally we have to admit that the kitchen has won the argument. 😂

You guys showed UP for breakfast today!

Breakfast burritos were flying out the door, the skillets were getting absolutely hammered, and for whatever reason… the sausage, egg & cheese muffins apparently decided today was THEIR DAY because we could barely keep up with them. 😂

Seriously, thank you!

Now just a little FYI heading into the upcoming week…

We’re taking the day for some much-needed cleaning, maintenance, and getting everything ready to rock again.

And last but definitely not least…

You absolutely FOOLED US TODAY. 😂

The first few hours were chill…

An order here.
An order there.

We’re looking around thinking…

"Ohhh yeah. This is gonna be a fairly easy Burger Day."

🤣🤣🤣

12:45 PM: BAM.

Apparently Glendive collectively decided:

“GET ’EM.”

And for the next TWO HOURS it was absolute chaos.

🎟️ Tickets flying.
🔥 Grills screaming.
🤬 Cussing.
🍔 Burgers going everywhere.

And I can confirm that at least FOUR buns were launched across the kitchen.

Not dropped.

Not misplaced.

CHUCKED. 😂

Luckily Zayden was quick on his feet and managed to dodge my descent into complete Burger Day madness.

Then suddenly we looked up…

30 POUNDS OF GROUND BEEF.

GONE.

💥 SOLD OUT BY 3PM. 💥

GLENDIVE… you people are ridiculous. 😂❤️

Yes, these days can get frustrating.
Yes, sometimes the kitchen turns into complete chaos.
And yes, apparently occasionally bread becomes airborne…

BUT WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.

We love the craziness.
We love feeding this town.
And we cannot thank you enough for continuing to show up for us the way you do.

What an absolutely FANTASTIC day!!

You guys kept us moving, the grills kept screaming, and we tried to hang in there… but eventually the kitchen turned into the surface of the sun. 😂☀️🔥

We had to wave the white flag and shut down a few hours earlier than we wanted today.

We sincerely apologize to anyone we missed! And as always, thank you for understanding when Mother Nature decides to personally attack our little kitchen. 😂
