Glendive... what in the actual heck was that?!

You all absolutely throttled us today.

24 tickets in the first hour.

Twenty-four.

I hadn't even finished convincing the grill to cooperate before the orders started flying.

And then...

You SOLD US OUT in less than 2 hours.

I don't know whether to thank you, cry a little, or start hiding inventory in undisclosed locations.
Seriously though, thank you. The support means everything.

Thursday - CLOSED

Not because we're taking a vacation.

Because Friday is BIRRIA DAY, and after today's insanity we need every spare minute to prep for the madness that's coming.

Taco Tuesday is here, Glendive!

And in true Fitzerellis fashion, we're prepping like absolute maniacs.

This morning we held a staff meeting with the equipment. The grill was spoken to about its anger issues. The fryers were reminded who pays the electric bill. The utensils demanded a comprehensive rotation schedule and threatened a walkout if their concerns weren't addressed.

After lengthy negotiations, we believe a deal has been reached.

That was just ridiculous, Glendive!!

You absolutely throttled us today. Burger Day chaos on a level I wasn't emotionally prepared for. Tickets flying, grills screaming, fryers working overtime, and then...

DING.

The DoorDash tablet.

Now don't get me wrong, we LOVE the orders. We appreciate every single one of them. But after the 47th ding in an hour, you start looking at that tablet like it's personally responsible for all your problems. 😂

And then there was the Outlaw Stack...

Good grief.

That thing didn't just win Burger Day, it took Burger Day out back and stole its lunch money. You all went absolutely wild for it, and honestly, we weren't expecting that level of madness.

Thank you, Glendive. We truly appreciate every order, every bit of patience during the rush, and every one of you who keeps showing up for us.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to spend the evening recovering and preparing for Round 2.
