Traditional and authentic Middle Eastern and European pastries are the results of a family history in the baking industry for over 40 years. In 1983, Sarkis Pastry was introduced in the United States by being the first Middle Eastern/Armenian bakery in Glendale. Expanding into new locations, Sarkis Pastry next opened a shop in Anaheim in 1995. Soon after in 1999, the newest of 3 locations was open
ed in Pasadena. Presently, all 3 locations are moving forward serving their respective communities.
