Exploring the heart of Greater Poland! 🇵🇱
From the ancient settlement of Biskupin and the historic cathedral in Gniezno to the charming streets of Poznań, our journey was filled with fascinating history and culture. We even had the chance to learn how the famous St. Martin’s croissants are made! 🥐. Our adventure continued in Bolesławiec, the capital of Polish ceramics, where we discovered the art and tradition behind its world-famous pottery.

🇵🇱 Greetings from Olsztyn!
Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Warmia and Masuria region, Olsztyn is surrounded by stunning lakes and forests and was once part of the historic Old Prussia region. This area is also home to the famous Wolf's Lair, where Hitler's bunkers can still be visited today.
The region is known for its delicious cuisine. We've enjoyed traditional specialties such as Karmuszka soup, Podpłomyk flatbread, and fresh zander fish from the local lakes. One of the highlights was a hands-on cooking class where we learned how to make delicious homemade pierogi.
To top it all off, we're staying at a beautiful lakeside hotel, waking up each day to breathtaking views and the peaceful beauty of this remarkable region. Great food, rich history, beautiful scenery, and wonderful experiences—Olsztyn is truly a hidden gem of Poland! 🇵🇱❤️

SOUP - Our traditional Polish White Borscht is a true Easter classic—hearty, comforting, and rich with symbolism. Made with authentic Polish sausage, eggs, potatoes, and a tangy sour rye base, this beloved holiday soup celebrates renewal, tradition, and the joy of sharing a meal together.
Entrees - Our Signature Polish Kielbasa Plate, pan-fried Polish sausage, rich and savory, finished with golden caramelized onions and paired with rosemary-roasted red potatoes and sauerkraut slaw for the perfect balance of tradition and flavor.
