Sunday brunch frittata- A Frittata is like a quiche without the crust (save those carbs for dessert😋) It’s great for a crowd and you can put whatever you want inside! I made this frittata with swiss chard, butternut squash and goat cheese. I love the sharpness of the Swiss chard paired with a bit of sweet and texture from the butternut and then the creaminess of the goat cheese. It all works! 🙌🏻
