The right person has a big personality, strong hospitality skills, a polished presence and the ability to connect with guests. You should be able to walk into a busy shift, bring the energy, work with urgency and make people want to come back and sit at your bar again.

We’re looking for someone who:

* 🍸 Has solid bartending experience and cocktail knowledge
* ⚡ Brings energy, personality and confidence behind the bar
* 🗣️ Loves talking with guests and building regulars
* 💨 Can handle volume while staying organized and professional
* 🥂 Understands suggestive selling and knows how to create an experience
* 🤝 Is a team player who jumps in when needed
* 📅 Is dependable and available nights and weekends
* 💪 Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done
* 🌟 Wants to help us continue building and growing the bar at Taste & Sea
