Reimagined for the modern day, Songbird Parlour offers a glimpse into the grand Victorian era when the social elite would gather in salons to discuss art and culture. Inspired by this history, we offer an elegant event venue designed to evoke each of your senses with modern and global decor, a space filled with art and music, and inspiration from around the world. Set within the historic Jack London Village, this is an experience like no other in Wine Country—rich, elegant, beautiful, and designed for the innately curious. Everything starts and ends with our love for our local community and the artisans, farmers, and winemakers that provide us with some of the best food and drink in the world. Somewhere along the way, cookbook club stopped being about the cookbook.

We started with a simple idea: choose a book, cook from it, bring a plate, and share a table with people you may not know yet.

Three seasons later, what keeps bringing us back isn’t just the food. It’s the passing of plates, the conversations that stretch across the table, the kids underfoot, the strangers who don’t feel quite so strange by the end of the night.

Russia. Greece. Palestine. Different food, different stories — the same feeling each time.

Maybe community doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, someone just has to set the table.

After time away, Tyler found his way back to the place where hospitality feels personal and every service is shaped by people who care for one another.

A fleeting taste of late summer in Sonoma 🌿✨🍷

This week’s special begins with Adriatic figs, locally harvested and brought to our kitchen at their peak.

Paired with Bermuda Triangle mousse from Cypress Grove, aged balsamic, local olive oil, candied walnuts, and mustard frills, they’re sweet, creamy, bright, and just a little peppery.

🍷 Wine & Dine with MacLaren Wines

This month, our Wine & Dine series welcomes a producer guided by one enduring obsession: cool-climate Syrah.

MacLaren Wines was founded by Scottish-born winemaker Steve Law, whose path through France eventually led to the Syrah-producing regions of Saint-Joseph and Côte-Rôtie. Today, Steve and Heather Law craft Rhône-inspired wines in Kenwood, drawing from the fog-cooled vineyards of Sonoma County to create wines that speak to place over trend.

Join us for a seasonal menu thoughtfully composed to meet every glass—and hear the story from the winemaker who has spent nearly two decades pursuing an elegant expression of Syrah.
