Tonight’s dinner special features our grilled pork ribeye, perfectly seasoned and topped with a house-made Peach Basil Glaze crafted with locally sourced peaches from Jelenik Farms and fresh basil harvested from our very own herb garden.
Served with your choice of roasted Yukon Gold potatoes or a wild rice medley, accompanied by fresh, steamed green beans.

⭐️ Hello to Zoe (left) & Amanda (right)! These two ladies have been an absolute joy this season❤️ This is both of their first year cooking & we must say, THEY ARE KILLING IT!!

⭐️ Zoe says her favorite dish here has to be our cheeseburger during lunch time🍔 Amanda loves starting her morning off with some of our delicious chocolate chip pancakes🥞

⭐️ In the off season Zoe will be beginning her 3rd year of business school in her home country while Amanda continues to study forensic chemistry at the University of Technology in Jamaica. Amanda’s goal is to one day work as a CSI agent in her home country!

⭐️ Zoe’s fun fact is super exciting… she plans on returning next year!!!🥳 Amanda’s fun fact is she makes the best fried chicken🍗

It’s been so fun having these two here with us this season. We ❤️ you Zoe & Amanda!

⭐️STAFF SPOTLIGHT⭐️

⭐️ Memphis (left) & Braden (right), a duo here we are excited to introduce! It’s so fun watching these two friends make working a ball when they’re together. They both are in their 1st season here dishwashing. They are hard workers who we appreciate on those busy nights!

⭐️ Memphis says his favorite meal here is our Good Harbor Whitefish🐟 Braden highly recommends the chicken chilli🐔

⭐️ Memphis is entering his junior year where he dedicates his time to school, baseball, & the marching band📚⚾️🎼 Braden is entering his sophomore year where he studies hard & plays tennis🤓🎾

⭐️ An awesome fun fact about Memphis is he has been to 9 countries & 38 states!!✈️ His most recent trip was this summer to Malta Europe. Braden’s fun fact is he is left handed in writing & using untensils but then is right handed when it comes to anything else! He also owned a boat before owning a vehicle🚤

Memphis & Braden, we all enjoy watching you two bring laughter, fun, & hard work into the GHG each day. We ❤️ you!
