A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our sold-out Bastille Day Wine Dinner! Chef April absolutely knocked it out of the park with an incredible French-inspired menu, and every course was elevated by Gary from Spiritus Fine Wines, whose elegant wine pairings were nothing short of exceptional.

Most importantly, thank you to all of our amazing guests. Your enthusiasm, support, and love for these special events are what make nights like this so memorable. We truly appreciate you choosing to celebrate with us, and we can't wait to host the next unforgettable evening at Birch Hill Tavern!
