And just like that, our 8-year run has come to an end 🚚 A huge thank you to everyone who came out to Hops on the Hill on Saturday to enjoy one last Reuben 🥪 It’s been fun serving you NY style deli all over CT…we will miss all the great people and locations. Memories for a lifetime!

Looking towards a new chapter ⛰️ As the food truck season winds down, I would like to inform everyone that Skyscraper Sandwich Truck will be serving its last Reuben and retiring from service at the end of our 2025 season. 🚚

I would like to thank all our followers and staff that kept us going throughout these 8 years of operation. It’s definitely been fun meeting the many people we served at all the locations and events!
