I just wanted to drop you a line to say how impressed I am with you and your employees. Last weekend my daughter-in-law called me because she was in a bind. She needed a sandwich ring for my grandson’s soccer tournament but waited too long to order. She asked me if I had any suggestions. I told her she could try Glads Deli but I didn’t know what your turnaround time was, she needed it the next morning. She lives in Somerset but I live in North Huntingdon so I could have picked it up. She called the Crossroads location and the very nice gentleman who answered the phone said he didn’t think they could pull it off but he was texting you as he was on the phone with her. Unfortunately the answer was no but she completely understood. However what happened next blew the lid off of great customer service and took us both by surprise . . . Your employee didn’t stop there, she received a phone call approximately 10 minutes later letting her know that your bread man was called and that you, in fact, really couldn’t have accommodated her order request and he apologized. We were totally impressed that even after ending the first phone call that ended in not being able to handle the request you guys went above and beyond to try and come through for her. I don’t know of any other small business that would have gone that extra mile. THANK YOU! You definitely left a positive impression on my daughter-in-law and me as well. But I already knew you rocked because I follow you on Facebook and have purchased your fundraiser hoagies on multiple occasions. The community is lucky to have you!

2 different batches of ham salad. One is with mayo the other one is with golden mayo. ( golden mayo Is golden Italian and mayo mix)
Getting ready to put it in containers. Made it at our Irwin/PT location. It will be ready at the Glassport location around 4:30 today
