Today’s special is our Chicken Pesto Rice Bowl. Bistro Roast Chicken, scratch-made pesto, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and perfectly seasoned rice.

Everybody thinks the entrée is the star…until our Rosemary Roasted Potatoes hit the plate. 🥔🌿

Freshly prepped, seasoned with rosemary, and roasted until they’re golden on the outside and tender inside. No shortcuts—just a simple, scratch-made side that has become a true FAB favorite.

Vacation’s over. The lights are back on. The knives are sharp. And FAB is getting ready. 🔪🔥

A week away was much needed, but there’s something about stepping back into this kitchen, firing everything up, and building it all from scratch again that just feels right.

The prep is done. The coffee will be hot. The ovens will be on.

🚨 Vacation Time! 🚨

Well… it finally happened. 😄

FAB Kitchen will be closed August 3rd through August 8th for a much-needed vacation. A vacation? Can you believe it!

After another incredible year serving this community, we’re taking a few days to recharge, spend time with family, and come back rested, inspired, and ready to fire up the ovens again.

Owning a small restaurant means it’s not often we step away, so we truly appreciate your understanding and support while we take this little break.

Thank you for loving our little restaurant the way you do. It never goes unnoticed.

We’ll see you back at FAB on Monday, August 10th, ready to make coffee, butter some bread, and serve you the homemade food you’ve been craving.

After 11 incredible years, it’s time for us to say goodbye to someone who helped make FAB what it is today.

Kelly Underwood wasn’t just an employee. She was the caretaker of FAB. She loved this restaurant, our team, and our guests with her whole heart. In so many ways, she was the mother of this place.

There simply aren’t enough words to thank her for everything she’s given over the last 11 years.

Kelly, thank you for your hard work, your kindness, your loyalty, and your love. We are so grateful to have shared this journey with you, and we couldn’t be more excited for your next chapter.

You’ll always be part of the FAB family. We love you, and you’ll be deeply missed. ❤️
