Rosie's Cozy Kitchen We specialize in subs using our homemade sub rolls. We also offer a variety of homemade bakery item We are a subshop/bakery located in Gladys, VA.

We bake our own sub rolls, hotdog buns, and hamburger buns daily, as well as a variety of loaf breads, quick breads, pies, cheesecakes, and cookies. We are also well known for our homemade chicken salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, and cole slaw. in addition to subs and bakery items, we also sell Rock Stable Meats beef and pork products, Homestead Creamery milk and ice cream, and a variety of candy, chocolate covered items, and canned goods from several different suppliers.

If you're in the area today, drop by for a sub or two and check out our selection of other items, from canned goods to meats and cheeses, to frozen beef and pork products from Rock Stable Meats, along with a variety of other things.

Our regular business hours are 10 - 6 Tuesday through Friday, and 10 - 2 on Saturday.

Pumpkin items are beginning to show up here at Rosie's. We now have pumpkin cake rolls available, and pumpkin pie popcorn! More pumpkin things should be arriving before long.

The mocha cheesecake and the salted caramel cheesecake or not things we regularly have on hand, but they are both available right now.

A good Friday morning to you!

Today is our altered schedule day. The kitchen will be closed all day; the store will be open from 2 - 6. We have a variety of baked goods available, as well as our homemade salads, meats and cheeses, and other grocery items.

A good Thursday morning to you!

First of all, some of you may have been affected yesterday when our credit card machine was intermittently not working. Based on what I'm hearing from merchant services this morning (along with several experiments) the issue has been resolved, and we should be back to normal.

A reminder that we will only be open tomorrow (Friday, September 4) for sales off the shelf from 2 - 6. The kitchen will be closed.

This Friday, September 4, we will have a scheduling change. We will be completely closed Friday morning, but will then be open Friday afternoon from 2 - 6 for sales off of the shelf only...the kitchen will be closed. We will be attending a memorial service.

A good Tuesday morning to you!

The Tuesday special at Rosie's today is the three meat club sub. Ham, turkey, bacon, and cheddar cheese on your choice of our homemade white, wheat, or Italian parmesan sub roll; topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayonnaise.

We have an unforeseen scheduling alteration for this Friday, September 4. Some of us will be attending a memorial service that morning, so Rosie's will only be open from 2 - 6 that day, and the kitchen will be closed all day. We apologize for the inconvenience.

An excellent Friday morning to you!

We have been big fans of the Weaver's Seasonings ever since we ran across it a few years ago, especially the Farm Dust. Then when we ran across these Heath Riles seasonings, we became fans of these as well, especially the Garlic Jalapeno rub!

The ooey gooey bar is a favorite dessert for a lot of people, even though it might be the sweetest thing we make!
