It's hard to even put into words how sad we are… 😭🍨
Oregon City's Baskin-Robbins is closing, and honestly, our hearts are just breaking. Steve and Kelly aren't just the owners; they've been long-time friends, the kind of people who make a place feel like home, and a beautiful part of our lives for so many years. We're going to miss them so much.
It's bittersweet watching their chapter shift into a new beginning, and we're genuinely excited for them; but we're also just really, really sad to see them go. The thought of walking past this shop and not seeing their faces is almost too much.
If you can, please stop by the Oregon City location and give them a proper goodbye. They're closing in the most generous, community-first way possible, and we want to rally around them all the way to the end:

It’s hard to believe we’re writing this, but after many years, Sunday, August 23 will be our final day at Baskin-Robbins Oregon City.
Owning this store has been quite a journey for Kelly and me. There have been plenty of challenges along the way, but there have also been so many wonderful memories and people that we never would have known without this store.
We've watched kids come in for ice cream and birthday cakes and then, years later, come back as teenagers and even employees. We've gotten to know families, regular customers and generations of people from this community. We've celebrated birthdays, graduations, Little League wins, first dates and countless ordinary days that were made a little better by ice cream.
Most of all, we've been incredibly fortunate to have some wonderful people work for us over the years. We couldn't have done it without them.
Closing the store wasn't an easy decision. Rising costs and the increasing expenses and requirements of operating the location and franchise ultimately made it clear to us that it was time.
But rather than focus on the difficult part, we mostly want to say thank you.
Thank you to everyone who bought a cone, ordered a cake, brought their kids in after school, stopped by after dinner, worked a shift behind the counter, or simply made us part of your routine.
You supported a locally owned small business, and in doing so, you supported our family. We will always be grateful for that.
We hope you'll come see us one more time before we close the doors on August 23. We'd love the chance to say goodbye.
And we can't think of a better way to spend our final weekend than sharing a whole lot of ice cream with the community that supported us for all these years.
