Po boy Orange chicken. Orange marmalade, Original Que The Sause and soy sauce for the sauce. Put Everything bagel on since I did not have any sesame seeds. And a Ice cold silver bullet to wash it down with.

It has been a while since I have updated. Still working on the Mornin Que sause ( coffee flavored) almost there on being confident enough to put it out there. Saturday I made a single batch of what will either be called Aloha Que or Island Que or a couple more ideas kicking around (pineapple with a touch of heat).Did a little test test with my girls and got 4 thumbs up then my Father and Father inlaw came over for Father's day and both gave 4 thumbs up so I will be putting it out there soon. Also kicking the idea of making sampler baskets that consist of 6oz. jars of Original, Onion Honey, Widow Maker, Ghostbannero and the soon to be named sause that I am pumped to see how ya'll like it.

Any suggestions on where to find some good solid coffee in The Kansas City area? I am close to the Coffee sauce but not quite there. It is good but still needs some good quality stronger coffee taste I want to find somewhere in the area to support local! Btw the name is down to Que The Mornin or Mornin Que

Did a few tweaks on the Coffee sauce, I think it might be there now. And made a single batch of Bourbon sauce! Gonna smoke a pork butt tomorrow and have some family over for taste testing.
