We are so lucky we landed in the same town as Andrew! Restaurant work is not for the faint of heart, it’s 16 hour days of physical labor. Then you get to go home and figure out ordering, taxes, scheduling and all the other stuff.

When we left Philly we left a lot of industry friends. We left a community of people who got how hard it is. It’s invaluable to have someone in the same town we are in who just gets it. I know I can vent to him about the stress, run business decisions by him with no judgment and just have a friend who has our backs!

Andrew and his team are real ones! We love and appreciate them all the darn time!

Say it ain’t so! It is Cam’s last day and he blessed us (and you) with Mexican Shrimp Cocktail with Fernandez Market Tortilla Chips!

Cam has been a tremendous asset to our team and we are going to miss him so so much! That being said, we’re so excited for him to go have all the experiences!

We were looking at our CSA box haul and wondering what to do with all the veggies and realized we should make the PERFECT summer dish!

Zucchini, squash, tomatoes, eggplant and peppers all stewed in tomato sauce!!
