Phew! We meant to post earlier but got lost in the fog (or smoke). We hope everyone is staying healthy and resting up from an amazing weekend at the fair! The Gilmanton Community Club is beyond fortunate to have your support and attendance during the Fair. We know it was a hot one, and believe me, we felt each degree!
From the chicken stand (which, that had to be the best chicken we've ever had...Am I right??) to the tractor pull and b**r garden events, to the ball field and queen's pageant, the 4-H stand and to the parade, you probably saw a bunch of volunteers.
Here's what gets us every year...most are NOT community club members. But these are the people and groups that show UP and show OUT every single year, and for that, we have no other words but T H A N K Y O U!
Please, please, please, take a moment and THANK people in the comments that YOU saw this past weekend. We would, but I am pretty sure Facebook would tell me I've reached my text limit. We say it so much that sometimes it means more coming from YOU (yes, you...)
I'm sure I already lost your attention, but if I didn't, please take this opportunity to fill out our survey! We kept it short and sweet this year, and answers are anonymous (please be respectful). We share your responses at meetings to gauge our planning for next year's fair. We may not always have the means to utilize the suggestions, but we appreciate your thoughts!
