Gilman Tap Hello, my name is Diane Derby. My husband Max an I have owned the Gilman Tap for a little over 10 yrs.

We like riding our Harley, fishing, gardening and of course making public appearances at our bar for an occasional drink with our customers.

The sun is shining! It’s gonna be a great day to get out and enjoy the weather. Come on in to the Gilman Tap. Serving lunch 11am - 2 pm. Then we will open at 4 pm. Miss Barbara will be your bartender tonite serving your favorite beverage.

Open for lunch today 11am - 2 pm. We serve handbreaded tenderloins, pizza burgers, chicken sandwiches, cheese burgers and pizzas. Choose an appetizer to go with such as French fries, jalapeño poppers, onion rings, cheese balls and several others. Dine-in or carry-out.
