DAY 3 OF SELLING OUT! 👏🔥
And right on time again! We technically had one cup left…but unless you were in the mood for a cup of chili broth, all the good stuff was officially FINITO! 😂
I know I keep gushing about this, but I truly can’t get over it. The café has felt so ALIVE this week, and seeing so many of you coming through our doors - especially during lunch - has been absolutely incredible!
With that extra traffic, we do want to ask for just a little patience with us during those busy lunch rushes. Right now, we’re rocking it with a mighty team of TWO on the café side - one of us behind the bar making all of your coffees, lattes, Lotus drinks and fancy creations ☕️🥤, while the other is in the kitchen getting your food made and out to you, aiming for a timely manner while maintaining quality.
We’re working together, finding our rhythm, learning as we go, and doing everything we can to give you great food, great drinks, and the kind of experience we want this little café to be known for!
So if you have to wait an extra few minutes when we’re slammed, please know how much we appreciate your patience…and how grateful we are that there are enough of you showing up to make us this busy in the first place. 🥹
