The Cheesiest Burger – Our June Dairy Month Celebration 🧀🍔

In Wisconsin, June Dairy Month isn’t just a celebration… it’s practically a way of life.

We’re honoring it the best way we know how: with a burger that proudly puts dairy front and center.

Two house-ground smash patties with cheddar smashed right into the beef, layered with melty mozzarella, smoky Black Forest bacon, and crispy garlic cheese curds. Finished with chili garlic ketchup and served on a Parmesan-crusted roll.

It’s rich, indulgent, unapologetically cheesy, and a tribute to the farmers and dairy producers who help make Wisconsin famous.

Because if you’re going to celebrate June Dairy Month, you might as well do it with extra cheese. 🐄🧀✨🍔

Chef Bob may have gotten a little carried away this week… and we are not mad about it! 😍

This week’s features are bringing some serious flavor to the table:

🌮 Mango Coconut Shrimp Tacos
Crispy mango-coconut fried shrimp tucked into warm corn tortillas with citrus cabbage slaw, roasted jalapeños, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, and chipotle aioli. Served with fresh tortilla chips and fire-roasted salsa.

🥗 Smoked Salmon Niçoise Salad
Heirloom tomatoes, 8-minute eggs, green beans, seasoned Yukon Gold potatoes, Castelvetrano olives, cucumber, and Atlantic smoked salmon, finished with a bright herb-Dijon vinaigrette.

🍔 Crab Rangoon Burger
A 1/3 lb house-ground beef patty topped with our house-made crab rangoon filling, sweet pepper slaw, crispy wonton chips, and sweet Thai chili sauce.

Whether it’s the beautiful weather, Chef Bob’s creativity, or a little bit of both, this week’s features are hitting differently.

Smash Burger Feature — French Onion Smash
Double 1/4 lb house-ground beef patties on a toasted roll with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, and dijonaise, finished with a rich bourbon beef demi.

Catch of the Day — Mussel Beurre Blanc
White wine steamed Chilean blue mussels served over angel hair pasta with fresh herbs, fried zucchini, crispy capers, and a rustic baguette for dipping into the beurre blanc.

Two very different features, both worth making the trip!

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️🤍💙

Because of their courage and selflessness, we’re able to enjoy the simple freedoms that make days like today so special — gathering around the grill, sitting by the campfire with family and friends, watching the sunset over the water, and making memories with the people we love.

From all of us at The Shoreline, thank you to every service member, veteran, and military family for your sacrifice, strength, and dedication to our country.

Today, and every day, we remember those who gave everything for the freedoms we sometimes take for granted. 🇺🇸
