Pizza Carrello All our food is made with the most fresh and highest quality ingredients available! We began as a humble food cart that we built ourselves from the ground up.

Pizza Carrello was founded in September of 2011, and sold our first pizza in March of 2012. We took our homemade contraption to caterings, parks and street corners and festivals all over our region. From the fall of 2013 through the summer of 2015, Pizza Carrello could be found inside Gillette Brewing Company. In October 2015, We opened our flagship store at 400 W 2nd St. where we began selling breads and other artisan goods. By 2016 we moved into 601 South Douglas Hwy., to open our first full service restaurant and full bar with catering services. Now employing nearly 50 people, earning many awards and garnering major media attention, we proudly enter our tenth year of business ready to deepen our dedication to improving the quality of life for the people of our community and all who visit our wonderful town.
