We’re a family-owned, locally owned business proudly serving our community since 2013. The Ice Cream Café is family owned and operated. We established our Gourmet Ice Cream Shop in June 2013 by Lee and Dee McClure. Lee and Dee were both born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming. They felt like Gillette was missing something, so they researched how to make home-made ice cream. Their research lead them t
o many great ideas and opportunities for what Gillette was missing. Today, The Ice Cream Café is operated by their daughter Andrea McClure, we sell our ice cream wholesale in two different restaurants, two convenience stores, and three different towns in Wyoming, and expanding. The moment you walk through the door, you will fall in love with the smell of our homemade waffle cones. The main product at our store is, 24+ flavors of home-made ice cream we make every day. Including your classic flavors, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies and cream and more. We like to create our own flavors such as Mud Pie, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Sugar Cookie. We operate year around, each season we make new flavors and swap them out for, Spring, Summer, Fall and even Winter flavor. Holiday flavors like Pumpkin Pie, Apple Pie, and sometimes even Maple Bacon are made in the Fall. Around Christmas time we have Peppermint, Eggnog, and Cranberry Sherbet. During the spring time we make Honey Lavender, Lemon Blueberry, and Mint Chip. Summer is our favorite time of the year, we have many different flavors all summer long. The most popular are different coconut flavored ice creams; Coconut Cream Pie, Coconut Lime, and many more. Other popular summer flavors are S’mores, Huckleberry, and Strawberry Rhubarb. All these flavors could be topped off with some of your favorite toppings. We offer ice cream favorites like Sundaes, Specialty Sundaes, Shakes and Malts. As well as Italian Sodas and floats. No problem, we always have a dairy free option for you! Including a variety of different sorbets we make each month; peach, watermelon, pink lemonade, and many more! We also offer coconut milk based ice cream in the summer as well; chocolate, raspberry almond, cookies and cream and more. Dairy Free drinks include fruit smoothies; Strawberry, Peach, Mango, and Wild berry. Not in the mood for ice cream?? We also offer what we call “Foo Foo Coffees.” We can make lattes, mochas, hot chocolates, Americano and many more specialty coffees. The most popular drinks are “The Andy” (white mocha and coconut) latte or a Snickerdoodle latte. There are many reasons that we all want people to come to Gillette Wyoming and see our beautiful town.
