Kristine's Kitchen I love being in my kitchen and cooking or baking for people. I offer meals and dessert to go. I am a wife and mother of 4. I love to be outside whenever possible.

Swimming and biking with my kids is one of my favorite things. I love to feed people. I was taught that it is always better to have too much than not enough. I put my heart into everything I make. I love making people happy and I'm thrilled to do it this way. I love all seasons, but Fall is one of my favorites! I also love decorating for Christmas. It always feels so magical. Next week is a little different/special. Wednesday, July 28th is National Lasagna Day. For such a special day, I will be offering 2 different types of lasagna. I will also have my regular lasagna in my freezer, unless I run out. AND, I will have dessert with it!!!
1) White Chicken Lasagna $35 (Shredded Chicken in my homemade, made-from-scratch Alfredo sauce layered between lasagna noodles and mozzarella cheese.)
2) Ravioli Lasagna $35 (Cheese filled ravioli layered with marinara, ground beef and cheese.)
Dessert Lasagna: $15 for 8x8 container or add on to lasagna/$10
Chocolate Lasagna (Crushed oreos as the crust, layer of cream cheese mixed with sugar and whipped topping. Next, a layer of chocolate pudding and topped with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.)
Vanilla Lasagna (Crushed golden oreos, same cream cheese layer as the chocolate, vanilla pudding and topped with whipped cream and oreo crumbs.)
Meals serve 4 unless smaller/larger is requested. Orders close Friday!!!

Made cruffins for the 1st time tonight! It's a learning curve on the shape and appearance, but the taste is there!!! I didn't really follow an actual recipe. I used my croissant dough and directions on shaping and baking from a cruffin recipe. Have no fear, I'll get it next time!

It's been a while since I've made pretzel bites. I keep getting requests for Jumbos. So, who wants bites?
This Thursday, pretzel bites!!! These are homemade, made-from-scratch and yeast dough. They will be made Thursday morning. And, you get choices!!! They are weighed to 1/2 pound, not counted.
Regular $10 (Salt and butter, side of cheese)
Parmesan Garlic $10 (side of marinara)
Cinnamon Sugar $10 (side of homemade cream cheese frosting dip)

One thing I have found while hosting parties is that you MUST have delicious food!! Food brings strangers together. It makes people comfortable and felt cared for and loved.
Make your friends excited for your next party! Order my desserts and everyone will love you.
